Pilgrimage to Italy
November 2025
Join Rev. John Thomas Lane, SSS on an exciting 12-day pilgrimage to Italy in this year of the Jubilee. We will visit spiritual sites in Milan, Venice, Florence, Siena, Assisi, Rome and others. Visit the Vatican, the chapel of St. Francis, the church of St. Clare, and many other holy sites and churches, including a Papal Audience in St. Peter’s Square. Legion of Mary
The Legion of Mary is promoting the Pilgrimage of the Blessed Virgin Mary in Homes. This initiative invites families to welcome a statue of the Blessed Virgin Mary into their home and pray the Rosary together daily for two weeks.

Imposter Priest Scam Emails
Recently, there has been an increase in reports of fraudulent email solicitations for financial support, usually in the form of gift cards. These requests are coming from email accounts or text messages identifying as priests. No priest or anyone else from Corpus Christi will EVER request gift cards from you via email or text.
Please do not purchase any gift cards and notify the church office immediately if you receive any unfamiliar donation requests.
3rd Sunday of Lent: March 23
That we are generous with all of our gifts; nurture and develop them to return with increase.
"He said to the gardener, ‘For three years now I have come in search of fruit on this fig tree but have found none.’” - Luke 13:7
We can all be like the barren fig tree at times. Do you cling to what you have, or do you generously share with others? How will you respond when God asks you what you have done with all the gifts He has given you? Remember, not only are we called to be generous; we are called to develop and nurture our gifts; and return them with increase. We are called to be generous with all of gifts; especially the one that means the most to you.

Todos podemos ser algunas veces como el árbol estéril que no produce frutos. ¿Se aferra a lo que tiene, o comparte generosamente con otros? ¿Cόmo responde cuando Dios le pregunta que ha hecho con los dones que Él le ha dado? Recuerde, no solo somos llamados a ser generosos, somos llamados a desarrollar y nutrir nuestros dones, y a devolverlos con creces. Somos llamados a ser generosos con todos los dones; especialmente con los que tienen un mayor significado para nosotros.
